 | ABOUT USWelcome to Grandview Campground! We are a family owned and operated campground located in Lynn, Indiana (about 15 miles north of Richmond, Indiana) in Randolph County. Our family oriented campground consists of 38 campsites nestled among 11 acres of land and a three acre stocked lake. The campground owners live on-site. Campsites are available for seasonal camping from April 15th to October 15th. Guests can enjoy a rural, quiet setting with clear, reasonable campground rules and guidelines to guarantee everyone’s safety, comfort and enjoyment. AMENITIESNestled among the trees is a three acre stocked lake (catch and release only) where pedal boats, canoes, kayaks and other small boats are welcome (electric trolling motors only; no gas motors allowed); a covered pavilion where we celebrate birthdays, holidays and other special occasions, play games and share pot luck dinners; a small kiddie playground; a basketball court and a new dump station. Golf carts are welcome but speed limits must be obeyed. |
ANNUAL MEMBER RATES
The camping season is open from
April 15th to Oct 15th of each year. The yearly camping fee is $600 plus
electric which includes winter storage of your RV/camper. A payment of $200 is due on or
before October 15th to reserve your campsite for the following
year. The balance of $400 is due on or
before April 15th. A $25 electric deposit is due on April 15th at the beginning of the camping season. The yearly seasonal rate does not permit campers to live or stay in their camper for extended periods
of time. Campers are allowed to use their campsite on weekends (Friday evenings to Sunday evenings) and an occasional weekday or two (a maximum of 4 camping days a
week). A one week to two week vacation (7
to 14 consecutive days) during the camping season may be
arranged in advance with the owners. Campers who do not renew their annual rental contract must remove their camper from the campgrounds by October 15th or it will be considered abandoned property and disposed of accordingly.
